Champagne Riddling Rack from France

Used since the 1830's, riddling racks are part of Champagne history. Bottles were stocked on the rack for a period of two months and spinned a quarter of a turn daily as part of the making process. Made of solid oak, they can hold 120 bottles and are in good overall condition.
